RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Thank you for supporting my watercolor artwork! I take great care and pride in creating each piece. Please read the following return and refund policy carefully:

No Returns
As all of my pieces are individually created with love and care, I do not accept returns on any artwork once it has been sold. Each piece is unique, and I encourage you to fully review the details and images of the artwork before making a purchase.

Damaged or Defective Artwork
In the unlikely event that your artwork arrives damaged or defective, please contact me within 7 days of receiving your order. I will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include offering a replacement or a partial refund depending on the circumstances.

Exchanges

I do not offer exchanges, as each artwork is one-of-a-kind. Please make sure you are fully satisfied with your choice before placing an order.

 

Shipping Issues

Once your artwork has been shipped, I am not responsible for any issues that may arise during shipping, such as delays, lost packages, or damages caused by the carrier. Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing an order.

Custom or Commissioned Artwork
For custom or commissioned pieces, no returns are accepted, and these orders are final once confirmed. Please communicate all your preferences clearly before placing a custom order.

 

This policy provides clarity while protecting both the artist and the customer, making it clear that returns are not accepted unless the artwork is damaged or defective.
